Woodlands Management

We provide a variety of services to both large industrial and smaller private landowners to support the planning and management of standing timber.
At the outset, we can conduct an inventory assessment. From there, we develop short term, single season plans, medium range plans, or longer term forestry plans.

We manage small and large land ownerships as well as Nova Scotia Crown land.

Planning – Management plans are completed using the most recent technology such as GPS, GIS, and drone, and our plans highlight specific landowner objectives.

Harvesting – A range of harvest techniques are used to match the specific property landscape and forest type.

Silviculture – Post harvest followup to determine required silviculture which promotes optimum growth of the next forest crop.
